By downloading, installing, or using ScreenTrove, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. 接受条款1. Acceptance
本条款构成你与“屏藏”开发者之间关于使用本应用的协议。你必须具备在所在地区订立本协议所需的法律能力；如你是未成年人，应在监护人同意和监督下使用。
These Terms form an agreement between you and the developer of ScreenTrove regarding your use of the app. You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction, or use the app with a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision.
2. 有限使用许可2. Limited license
在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让且可撤销的许可，仅可在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上，为个人、合法目的使用“屏藏”。本许可不转让应用的任何所有权。
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScreenTrove for personal and lawful purposes on Apple devices that you own or control. No ownership rights in the app are transferred.
3. 订阅与付费功能3. Subscriptions and paid features
“屏藏”的免费版包含基础整理与搜索功能，并设有每日与累计处理上限。Pro 自动续订会员可解锁无限截图处理与按需生成智能摘要等附加功能。
订阅通过 Apple App Store 购买与计费，价格与周期以购买页面显示为准。除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将自动续订。购买后，你可以在 iOS“设置 → Apple ID → 订阅”中随时查看、管理或取消订阅。取消后，当前订阅期结束前仍可使用相应功能，到期后自动恢复为免费版。
退款请求由 Apple 依据其政策处理。我们不对通过 Apple 渠道产生的计费问题提供退款。
The free version of ScreenTrove includes basic organizing and search with daily and cumulative processing limits. The Pro auto-renewable subscription unlocks unlimited screenshot processing and on-demand intelligent summaries, among other features.
Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store; price and billing period are shown on the purchase page. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically. After purchase, you can review, manage, or cancel at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, features remain available until the end of the current period, then the app reverts to the free version.
Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. We do not provide refunds for billing issues processed through Apple channels.
4. 可接受的使用4. Acceptable use
你不得：
- 以违法、欺诈、骚扰或侵犯他人权利的方式使用应用；
- 干扰应用、安全机制、服务器或相关网络的正常运行；
- 除法律明确允许外，对应用进行复制、出售、出租、反向工程或制作衍生作品；
- 试图绕过访问限制、获取未授权数据或传播恶意代码。
You must not:
- use the app unlawfully, fraudulently, to harass others, or to infringe their rights;
- interfere with the app, security measures, servers, or related networks;
- copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where law expressly permits;
- attempt to bypass access restrictions, obtain unauthorized data, or distribute malicious code.
5. 内容与知识产权5. Content and intellectual property
“屏藏”及其界面、代码、图形、文字和相关材料受适用的知识产权法律保护。你保留对自己在设备上创建或导入内容的权利，并应确保你有权使用该等内容。
ScreenTrove and its interface, code, graphics, text, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights in content you create or import on your device and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use it.
6. 更新、变更与终止6. Updates, changes, and termination
我们可能改进、更新、暂停或停止应用的全部或部分功能，并可能因安全、合规或技术原因限制访问。你可以随时通过卸载应用停止使用。若你严重违反本条款，许可可能终止。
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app, and may restrict access for security, compliance, or technical reasons. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. The license may terminate if you materially breach these Terms.
7. 免责声明7. Disclaimer
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，“屏藏”按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。我们不保证应用不会中断、无错误、满足你的所有需求，或所有内容始终准确。应用不构成医疗、法律、财务或其他专业建议。
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScreenTrove is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for every purpose, or that all content will always be accurate. The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
8. 责任限制8. Limitation of liability
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用应用而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失承担责任。本条款不排除或限制法律不得排除的责任，也不影响你依法享有的强制性消费者权利。
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Apple App Store 补充条款9. Apple App Store terms
你确认本条款仅在你与“屏藏”开发者之间订立，而非与你和 Apple 之间订立。开发者而非 Apple 对应用及其内容负责。Apple 没有义务为应用提供维护或支持服务。
如应用未能符合适用保证，你可以通知 Apple；在适用情况下，Apple 可退还购买价款。Apple 及其子公司是本条款的第三方受益人，并可在你接受本条款后执行相关条款。你使用应用还须遵守 App Store 服务条款。
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer of ScreenTrove, not Apple. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and, where applicable, Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce relevant provisions after your acceptance. Your use is also subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
10. 条款更新与适用法律10. Changes and applicable law
我们可能更新本条款，并在本页面标明新的生效日期。继续使用更新后的应用表示你接受修订后的条款。本条款适用你所在地不能通过协议排除的强制性法律与消费者保护规定。
We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Mandatory laws and consumer protections in your place of residence that cannot be waived by agreement continue to apply.
